Writing Articles That Can Also Be Used As Autoresponder Messages
If you write your articles in a way that breaks down into several tips and ideas, it becomes very easy to break into voice messages short. You know the types of articles I'm talking about ... "3 easy ways to lose weight", "7 Tips for writing interesting articles", "5 Ideas for Baby Showers Planning", etc. Here's how.
Let's say I wrote about five ways to save. My article would have seen:
· How to Save on groceries
· How to Save on Utilities
· How to reduce unnecessary costs
· How to save gas
· How to Save on Clothes
Once the article is written, I can take each of these points, add a subject line, an introduction only one or two and an offer of affiliation at the end. It will not take you more than a few minutes a message to do so.
Then I just load the e-mails to my answering machine, creating a sequence of 5 days on saving money. If you want you can also refer to what is coming in the next message, creating anticipation and improve your email open rates. For example, after the first e-mail to save money at the grocery store, I might mention that next week I'll share how to save X amount of dollars on electricity bills.
But we do not stop there ... I can not even turn the original article in a short report, add the affiliate offers, create a PDF file and add it as another e-mail to the autoresponder with a link to download the entire series.
Now let's take a step further. If I write a series of related articles, each divided into three ways to do something, 5 or 7 ideas hints so I can quickly create a range of from 20 to 50 answering machine messages. If you plan to leave the 7-day intervals, and include additional messages encouraging them to download the free reports that you can easily have enough posts will last you six months to one year. And each of these messages is monetized by offering affiliate, or an invitation to return to your site.
